Quick Start Guide

Once you install and set up Smart Shopper, start using the app in three steps:

Step 1: Create your first shopping list

  1. Tap Lists.
  2. Select New List, enter your list name, and then tap Create.
  3. When the new list appears, tap Add an item.
  4. Search for the item, or use the barcode scanner.
  5. Tap the item you want to add. Your list appears and displays the item you added.
  6. When you finish adding your list items, compare prices to choose the best store.

Step 2: Compare prices

  1. Tap Compare Stores, and then select the shopping list you want to use. A list of available stores appears.
  2. Select up to three stores, and then tap Continue. A grid appears and displays your items, each item’s price at your chosen stores, and the store total for your list. If an x appears for the price, the item is out of stock at that store.
  3. Review the item details and store totals to choose the best store. When you arrive at the store, use the store map to locate the items on your shopping list.

Step 3: Use the store map

  1. When you arrive at the store, go to the list you want to shop.
  2. Tap Store Map. An interactive store map appears, showing a highlighted route and the location of each list item.
  3. Follow the highlighted route through the store aisles.
